If you’re aspiring to join the Assam Judicial Service grade III, the Gauhati High Court has released an official notification outlining the application process. To help you navigate through the submission process seamlessly, we have broken it down into four distinct phases. Follow this guide to ensure your application is successfully submitted.

Phase 1: Registration

To begin your application, you need to register as an applicant by providing the following details:

     

      • Name

      • Father’s Name

      • Date of Birth

      • Mobile Number

      • Email ID

    After submission, the system generates a Registration Code, which is essential for logging in for the next phases. Candidates are advised to note down the code carefully as email delivery may sometimes be delayed due to network congestion.

    Phase 2: Profile Update

    Once registered, candidates must log in using their Registration Code and Date of Birth to provide additional profile details such as:

       

        • Gender

        • Category

        • Address

        • Educational Qualifications

        • Work Experience

      After filling in the details, click the ‘Update Data’ button to save your information.

      Phase 3: Uploading Documents

      In this phase, candidates must upload their photograph and signature following these specifications:

         

          • Accepted Formats: .jpg, .png, or .gif

          • File Size: 5 KB – 30 KB

          • Photograph Dimensions: The face should cover at least 80% of the image.

          • Signature Dimensions: The signature should occupy at least 70% of the space.

        To upload, select the respective file using the Browse button and then click ‘Upload Passport Photograph’ and ‘Upload Signature’ accordingly.

        Finalizing the Application

        Before submitting, ensure:

           

            1. All required fields in Phase 2 are filled correctly.

            1. Both the photograph and signature are uploaded as per the specifications.

          Initially, the ‘Submit Candidature’ button remains deactivated. Once the Declaration Checkbox is ticked, the button turns green and is activated for final submission. No modifications will be allowed post-submission.

          Phase 4: Fee Payment & Acknowledgment

          After submitting the application, candidates must print the Fee Payment Challan and pay the required amount at any State Bank of India branch within two working days. The payment is to be made in cash only. The bank will provide a Journal Number, which will be updated in the candidate’s account within two working days.

          Once the fee payment is processed, candidates should print the Acknowledgment Receipt and Application Form for future reference.

          Key Dates to Remember:

             

              • Application Start Date: 17-02-2025

              • Last Date for Submission: 03-03-2025 (5:00 PM)

              • Last Date for Fee Payment: 05-03-2025 (Bank transaction hours)

            Instructions related to downloading of Fee Challan etc.
            Your candidature data will be uploaded with SBI only after 2(two) working days of submitting your candidature. Please keep the payment journal number for any further reference if required. Candidate having SBI NetBanking facility can also pay using Payments/Transfers Tab -> Power Jyoti Fees Collection (PUL).
            To download a document like Fee Challan etc., the browser should be configured to allow display pop-up window.
