ABSTRACT
Every human being has a right to privacy and to have a specific legal and historical knowledge about the technology they are using. In recent years Artificial Intelligence is in discussion nowadays. We find the use of Artificial Intelligence tools in various fields. No doubt AI is a significant concept in recent technological advancement which focuses on making machine intelligence as such it can function like human intelligence. Today AI is useful in different Industries for its capability of recognition, assimilation, decision making, problem solving and input, processing and output of data very easily. Even in the legal field AI can be used for Drafting, Contract analysis and various other purposes. Therefore, by using a secondary source of data, the researcher have tried to find the historical background of Artificial Intelligence by relating Artificial Intelligence with Man’s intelligence and God’s intelligence in this research paper. The researcher has also tried to awaken awareness of people regarding the serious problem of violation of the right to privacy and fundamental freedom by the Artificial Intelligence tools. Plus, in this paper we will also get to know about the futuristic glance of artificial Intelligence in the field of Education and Law. We will also find details about laws relating to artificial Intelligence and whether artificial Intelligence can become more powerful than human intelligence in this research. Therefore, despite facing different challenges; like shortage of time and small sample size, the researcher has put all his efforts into making this research paper authentic, valuable and encouraging. Artificial Intelligence has both pros and cons. So, the researcher has served as a stepping stone in overall growth and well-being of people’s intelligence.
