FEAR

Everybody is afraid of some or the other thing. There are many people who fear darkness. Some people fear heights. And many from death. This fear is the barrier that stops the person to realize the truth of life. Even some people fear so much that they cannot even ask themselves what will happen to them at & after death. This fear makes people unsuccessful in any field and makes people feel stress , anxiety, and misery.

WHY PEOPLE FEAR?

People fear because they have the least amount of knowledge & experience in the field they are. Moreover they are ignorant about the truth. Even in most of the cases people fear because they are not confident about their results. They expect good but their mind says that they may fail and they suffer.

WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF FEAR?

Our mind makes us think that we may fail & it creates fear. The mind is our enemy. The mind makes us imagine that what if we can’t succeed? What if we fail? And make us fear. The duty of mind is to produce thoughts and the problem is it keeps on producing thoughts & thoughts & thoughts and makes us paranoid. Fear is nothing but a negative emotion that is the result of our own negative thoughts.

FEAR IS FALSE EXPECTATIONS APPEARING REAL

Fear never exists but it seems to exist. Fear is just a false expectation appearing real. Once Mahatma Gandhi wrote “More people die of fear of disease than the disease itself.” Fear makes the wolf look bigger than it is. Fear leads to failure. Never let your fear design your future. If you will then remember your future will not be futile.

FEAR IS NOT DANGER

Fear is not danger but danger is fear. Suppose your house catches fire, it’s a real danger you need to run. And take all the necessary steps that you should take but fear is not a danger. If you are miserable just because you think your house may catch fire then it is fear. Therefore you must not fear but take necessary steps to overcome danger. How To Overcome Fear? Fear can be overcome if you realize fear is not real. Fear is just an illusion there is no greater illusion than fear. As we covered fear is created by our own mind that produces thought so we can overcome fear by controlling our mind.

NOW HOW TO CONTROL MIND?

We can never control our mind as the mind doesn’t exist, the mind is just a bundle of thoughts. Now we cannot stop the thought from coming up but we can transfer our thoughts from NEP to PEP. That is from negative energy poison to Positive energy power. So, we can transfer all our worry, stress, anxiety, misery, depression into faith, hope, optimism, enthusiasm, and trust. This will surely help us.

Another thing we can do is to make our mind silent . That is we can decrease the number of thoughts that are produced in our mind by practicing silence.

Some great saying:-

Fear makes lizards look like dinosaurs.

The enemy is fear. We think it is hate but it is fear.

Fear creates danger where there is none but danger is real it’s time to run.

If the nail grows too much, one should not cut the finger.

Fear makes a molehill look like a mountain.

Little can be done in the spirit of fear.

Overcome fear to be free.

Fear is a state of mind.

Don’t use a cannon to kill a mosquito.

You must never fear what you are doing when you are right.

Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear.

NUTSHELL

Our purpose is to realize that fear is just a false expectation appearing real. In this divine path of truth. Fear is the barrier. We must wipe out all fear and walk fearlessly to achieve our goal that is to realize we are the divine soul.

WHAT IS FEAR? False expectations appear real.

WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF FEAR? Our own mind is the cause of fear.

HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR? We can overcome fear by controlling our thoughts.
